Pressure Washing:  Power washing, or pressure washing, is the
application of high pressure water spray. Produced by specially designed
pumps, this spray is a hundred times more powerful than the typical garden
hose. On concrete it is used to remove unsightly mold, bubble gum, and other
dirt stains. These are the stains, germs and bacteria that is tracked in your
home every time you walk across the sidewalk. Wooden decks are returned to
the look of new wood, void of graying and fatigued finishes. And on houses, the
appearance of siding (namely aluminum and vinyl), is greatly improved by
removing pollution, mildew, and other signs of neglect.

Pressure washing with or without chemicals helps remove:

1. Dirt and Heavy Soils
2. Mold and Mildew
3. Oils and Grease
4. Many Forms of Stains (but not all)
5. Phosphorescence (a white powder on surfaces which may also require
6. Plant Debris
7. Paint and Sealers

Gutter Cleaning:  For gutters and drain spouts to do their job, they
must be clear of leaves and debris. If they aren't, down spouts will dam up and
rainwater will fill the gutters, back up, overflow, and eventually cause boxing,
siding, and trim work to rot. Clogged gutters can even cause foundational

Gutter cleaning is the most important exterior maintenance that can be done
for a home or building.

A lot of our clients choose our gutter cleaning which is an important decision
that needs to be addressed on a regular basis.
Our standard gutter cleaning includes cleaning all debris off roofs and valleys,
cleaning out all gutters,  cleaning out and checking all down spouts, and a
spotless cleanup of all debris from the gutters.

We also install Gutter Guards, trim tree branches, and change flood lights.

Lime:    Why Do I Need to Lime My Lawn and How Often Does It Need to be
Done? Lime is added to a lawn to adjust the soil's pH level. The pH level can
affect the grass plants ability to absorb nutrients, fertilizers, and weed
products necessary to grow properly. Your soil's pH level should range
between 5.5 and 7.5. Lime should be added if your pH level is below the desired
range. Typically, lime is added once or twice a growing season in our area due
to the clay soil.
